Images: Two takes on Twitter

In a pair of dueling perspectives, two CNET News.com writers give their opinions on remote "microblogging" tool Twitter. The tool allows users to set a background image or design, on top of which their microblog entries appear.

This is a Twitter entry, or "tweet," by senior writer Elinor Mills. She says, at best, Twitter is a silly distraction; at worst it's a stage for self-indulgent blather, and she doesn't care what you had for lunch. Read her take on Twitter here.
