Resistant to shock, water and dust, the Nokia 5500 sports phone was introduced in 2006. In addition to a 2-megapixel camera and a digital music player that also tunes into FM radio, the 5500 also features a three-axis accelerometer that allows the device to monitor and display training information such as speed, distance, steps taken and calories burned.
