Image: Google aims for IE visibility

The new version of Microsoft's browser, which was made publicly available in beta form, has a search bar at the top right-hand corner that can be configured to query from any number of search engines, including Google and MSN Search. Aiming to come out on top, Google is apparently prompting those who visit Google from within IE 7 to pick it as the search engine for that search bar.
