Ray Ozzie

Ray Ozzie, chief software architect at Microsoft, said "the system" can no longer be blamed for the pace of innovation and that he "will fix it all." Ozzie was also one of RSA Security's first customers when he included encryption in his Lotus Notes e-mail client product. In those days, while trying to get an export license for Notes, Ozzie ran into trouble with the government, which wanted to keep tight controls on encryption.
