Paul, a Republican candidate for president, campaigns in New Hampshire on Sunday on a platform of economic freedom, individual rights, and an end to the U.S. military presence in Iraq. A Rasmussen poll released Saturday shows Paul with 14 percent of the vote, behind fellow Republicans John McCain (31 percent) and Mitt Romney (26 percent) and in front of Mike Huckabee, Fred Thompson, and Rudy Giuliani.
