Too many politicians mouth platitudes about protecting American values and trying to reform Washington--while ignoring pressing issues like commodes. That's why we adore James Wright, a Democrat running for a Texas House seat who has a sincere appreciation for red and blue text and an obvious willingness to use it. Wright's campaign slogan is: "Flush the toilet, vote to remove the crap in our government." Apparently the current mix of politicians represent fecal matter clogging the pipes of good government, and Wright will take a plunger to the unholy stinking mess. Works for us.
