Robert Garrison was a Republican in 2002, according to an article in The Tennessean. Now he's invented an "Independent Deportation Party," and is running for Congress in Tennessee on a platform of lower government, lower taxes, and deleting illegal aliens from voter rolls. To reinforce the idea that he's a patriot's patriot, Garrison has subtly placed his photo alongside bald eagles striking equally dramatic poses. What's not to like? The orange-on-brown text evokes the autumn spirit, while the HTML <marquee> tag and the Geocities location elicit fond memories of the late 1990s.
