Among the pieces on display in the main building at Skywalker Ranch is this license plate from a car in the George Lucas film American Graffiti. The license plate number is 1T1H3X8. Fans of Lucas lore will recognize that an anagram of the plate number is "THX 1138," which was the title the 1971 Lucas science fiction thriller that has since become a cult classic. The usage of the license plate in American Graffiti was an homage to THX 1138.
