John Howard may be the prime minister of Australia, but would you rather read about him or a broadcaster whose favorite discussion topics are strippers, porn stars and deviant sex?

That's what we thought. Howard's Wikipedia entry length, naturally, is shorter than the one for The Howard Stern Show.

Similarly, Michael Jackson (the entertainer) gets a longer entry than Andrew Jackson (the seventh president of the United States), and the fictional television show The West Wing gets a longer entry than Bill Clinton.

Here are the word counts for some pairs of Wikipedia entries on political leaders and related terms:

John Howard: 7,233
The Howard Stern Show: 7,769

Bill Clinton: 9,109
The West Wing episodes: 10,200

Pol Pot: 6,933
Pot (the drug): 9,361

Andrew Jackson: 7,383
Michael Jackson: 10,846
