Your average benefit party might not need a tech support table, but Eyebeam's sure did. As with any technology that most consumers aren't too familiar with, the nTag social-networking devices didn't always function: CNET News.com's Caroline McCarthy headed to the tech support table because of a minor issue in which her nTag badge was telling the other guests that her name was "Robert Matthews." The tech support guru on hand, however, was able to solve the problem within seconds.
