Rudolph Frieling, curator of media arts at the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art, poses with French artist Sylvie Blocher on Friday, the day Blocher's video installation Living Pictures opened at the museum. The project explores the identities of two contrasting groups: the millionaire businessmen of Silicon Valley and the marginalized residents of the Sevran district of Beaudottes, a Paris suburb.
