Images: From pets to panoramas at TechFest

Microsoft's HD View offers a way to view very large photos, in some cases panoramas with billions of pixels, on the Web. This approach allows a user to both appreciate the full image at a distance, as well as scroll deep inside, such as in this example of a mountain.
