A whimsical sign is attached to a rope fence strung out around a moving art piece called Fort Smith, a "recreational castle" built and lived in by artists Christy Horne and Michel Olson. Horne tells stories out of the "castle," and Horne, a blacksmith, makes art pieces to give away and sell.
