This board describes aspects of the Plastic Shaped Charge Assembly for Remote Destruction of Buried IEDs, from the Army Armament Research, Development and Engineering Center at Picatinny Arsenal, N.J. The PSCA is used to destroy unexploded ordnance; a low-fragmentation plastic housing is designed to reduce or eliminate collateral damage.
