"Tower in Motion"

This is what it might look like if Dynamic Architecture's plans to build a "tower in motion" in the United Arab Emirates state of Dubai are successful. Each prefabricated floor of the tower can rotate independently, creating a potentially stunning visual effect.

This image actually doesn't depict Dubai at all, however, but Singapore--a potential location for future Dynamic Architecture towers, should the Dubai experiment prove successful.
