Working through the night

Workers spend the night preparing the Space Shuttle Discovery for its mid-July 2005 launch. Here, the Rotating Service structure, which installs payloads into an orbiter's cargo bay, is rolled away. This was delayed four hours after a Discovery window cover fell approximately 60 feet, damaging several tiles on the orbiter.
