As the Orbiter turns

Workers from Lockheed Martin begin securing the Mars Reconnaissance Orbiter, or MRO, onto the spin balance machine for testing. The MRO, which is scheduled to launch on Aug. 10 or thereafter, is an important next step in fulfilling NASA's vision of space exploration and ultimately sending human explorers to Mars and beyond.
