The company has added features, such as the location of the nearest bathroom, local weather forecasts and pinpointing address locations, to its service. It has also expanded the number of markets that its service is available in to over 35. In addition to San Francisco, New York and Chicago, Vindigo now covers Berkeley and Oakland in Northern California; Tampa Bay, Fla.; and St. Louis, among other locations. The Vindigo service is available for $3.50 per month or $24.95 per year.
