Electronics retailer Circuit City Stores has purchased
digital music service MusicNow for an undisclosed sum,
the companies said on Wednesday.
MusicNow, formerly known as FullAudio, is one of the
oldest subscription services. It recently added an
iTunes-like song-download store to its line-up. The
company, which currently powers services from SBC
Communications, Charter Communications, and others,
said it would continue to serve other customers in
addition to Circuit City.
