Short Take: Circus domain suit settled

People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA) and Ringling Brothers settled their
dispute over the domain
"ringlingbrothers.com." The site, which PETA used to protest alleged animal abuse by the circus, has been down since the company filed suit. PETA transferred ownership of the domain to circus owner Feld Entertainment and agreed not to use the Ringling Brothers name to promote its cause.
