eBay execs to sell shares
Two eBay executives on Thursday filed to each sell shares worth more than $1 million. Chief Financial Officer Rajiv Dutta registered to sell 30,000 shares worth about $1.74 million, while Matthew Bannick, senior vice president in charge of eBay's international operations, filed to sell 16,666 shares worth about $1 million.
Dutta registered to sell stock in both May and November, each time registering to sell 30,000 eBay shares. Last fall Bannick sold nearly 34,000 shares.
