Short Take: Healtheon/WebMD reels in $930 million investment

Healtheon/WebMD said Janus Capital agreed to invest $930 million in the Web-based health care company. Healtheon will issue 15 million shares of common stock to Janus, which will receive restricted shares priced at $62 each. Healtheon said it will use the money to pay for the cash portion of its $2.5 billion purchase of Quintiles Transnational's Envoy unit and for other purposes.
