Sun Microsystems has completed its acquisition of LSC Software, an Eagen, Minn., company that provides file system and storage software. The acquisition bolsters Sun's storage business, which analysts criticize as being one of the weaker parts of an otherwise strong company.
Sun announced plans to acquire the company in February in a stock-for-stock deal worth about $74 million.
