Victim held responsible for perp's. negligence!

I would expect that $55 Billion is a conservative amount. Most of the problems mentioned in this article are the result of negligence on Microsofts part for selling a product they knew contained flaws. Since Win95, their OS's have been riddled with flaws. And each subsequent version of Windows has been worse than the version before. With maybe the excetion of Win2000. Of course, the server apps for 2000 server were flawed and dangerous. As long as they slide by with this type of negligence in production of their product, don't expect things to get better. A couple of flaws is one thing, but the number of flaws in Microsofts code has surpassed any idea of reasonableness. When is the SEC going to look at the issue from this angle? Corp. exec's. are at the mercy of MS, who has forced the continuous "downgrading" of OS's. Why hold the victim responsible for the actions of the Perp.
