Janeiro, Brazil, I met a Microsoft executive who worked on the
XBOX. I asked him at that time when I'd see Halo 2 on Mac. He
said, "Not for a very long time."
Microsoft. You want to expand the Halo universe? Give us Halo 2
and 3 on PCs and Macs! Heck, even Linux! If it weren't for the
Mac, there would be no Marathon, and Bungee. Thus without
Mac there would be no Halo! It was us Mac Marathon fans who
kept Bungee alive for you to abscond for the XBOX.
Get with the program Microsoft! Sure, give XBOX 360 a year or
so with it exclusive, but if you really want to expand Halo,
expand to other platforms too! Keyboards blow toy controllers
out of the water! Put it on real computers! Put it on Windows and
OS X!
piloting make for very vertigo-inducing gameplay. I'll stick to
keyboard and mouse, thanks! Release Halo 3 on PC, at least, so I
can see the game in it's full HD glory! Throwing the Mac community
a bone would just be a kindness that I don't expect from MS
anytime this century, though.
- Halo 2 was just released of the PC

- Halo 2 was just released of the PC, however, it only works with Windows Vista (the slowest selling MS OS in more than a decade, b/c XP still works great for most people), and it's getting lack-luster reviews because it's so dated compared to everything else out there. I agree that it should also be released on the MAC, but it would suffer the same fate... it will take them forever to release it, and few would buy it.
