Yeah, those polyphonic ring tones are bad enough. I can't wait until I hear some rapper cussing "Yo, b***ch, you got a phone call" in the middle of a movie because the idiot next to me didn't turn the phone off like they were supposed to before the movie started.

"Adult" ring-tones are really inappropriate for public areas. Sure, you might ultimately be able to control who purchases them, but when they're broadcast for all around to hear, you can't control whether or not some kid in the grocery store is going to hear your phone announcing that your "f***ing buddy" is calling.
