The problem? Where are the phones? I, along with other friends of mine, would have been more than happy to sign another contract if they gave us a nice, small, color screen phone for free. Of course, they offer nothing, so my friends have switched to Verizon, and once my contract ends, it's Verizon for me.
If they treated existing customers as well as their new customers, they might actually have repeat customers. It's just that simple, but I guess the executives got their MBAs from a community college or something like that.
