The book I looked for is undet copyright. What's available are the table of contents, index and such, and the resolution is notvery high (combined with my screen that's quite out of focus it was quite difficult to read. It was certainly not print-quality). I was led to the publishers site (via the link in Google Books page) and there I found a "Table of contents" in HTML, but it was really only the names of the chapters, without the sections, so I went back to Google books and used it (with a "magnifying glass" - FireFox's "Reveal" extension that made the stuff a bit more readable).
