Pity Hajj could never locate those pesky rocket-launchers

"...former Sunday Telegraph correspondent Tom Gross revealed that Hizbullah officers supervise CNN reports, that a CBS reporter admitted Hizbullah overseers determine what?s filmed, that repeated shots of several downed buildings lend Beirut the erroneous image of devastated WWII Dresden, that journalists are threatened, that Hizbullah holds their passports for ransom, that their analyses are skewed to curry favor, and so on..."

Oh those pesky graphics people

No telling what those graphics people are thinking when they decide all on their own to spend hours retouching and tweaking a perfectly suitable photograph. Well, I'm telling. I would look deeper than Hajj in this little sleight of hand melodrama. Nobody does this much work on a whim. Mike DeWine (R-OH) got caught in the act by using a doctored clip of the World Trade Towers mid-attack in one of his ads--you know, those ads where Mike DeWine says, "I'm the politician and I approved this ad." His response was, "I can't tell you why graphics people do things." I'm one of those graphics people, and we don't do anything unless it's in the budget. Here's the whole story with documented links http://blogs.graphicdesignforum.com/skirkland/archives/2006/07/those_graphics.html#comments
