Thank you for publishing the above article.

I am volunterering to be top of the list of name and shame people! In fact, I want to be there!

Fathers (the normal CSA targets) have no rights what-so-ever in UK law. And that is a fact. I fought for 7 years to be able to see my son. And although winning a decision in the supreme court of appeal, have now not seen my son for 8 years.

My ex wife refuses to let me see him, refuses to work, which is why the CSA chases me. AND why I evade them.

I actually want them to chase me. And prosecute me. I want the world to know what the real reason is that the CSA does not work.

Fathers WANT and NEED to be there for their children. And to be there for them emotionally should be the first priority. To help them to grow, to teach them balance, in life, in the work place, and yes, even to teach them about how to be parents in their future lives.

All the UK government wants is to have us as "cash cows" to finance a welfare state that is just not working.

To make us pay for the millions of children that do not have contact with a parent, for NO GOOD REASON.

At least the USA courts recognise that contact with the child is important. Or to be more child centric, that it is, the children need contact with BOTH parents.

And until the UK government starts to address the problems, very little will improve.

I could write forever on the subject, but hope that I have given enough to make the readers think more about the subject, rather than just see me as a "deadbeat Dad"

Malcolm Weston (Name me and shame me!)
