The US has never complied with the WTO
So what's new? The US has never complied with the WTO, or for that matter, with any trade treaty they've signed. They signed Kyoto, and then turned their backs on it. They signed NAFTA, then levied software lumber tariffs to give kickbacks the US construction industry, even though the NAFTA tribunal UNANIMOUSLY declared it to be illegal. So, how can the US be trusted with any trade treaty it signs?
