Sites let consumers, competitors in on Black Friday strategies
December 12, 2006
World's largest retailer warns Web sites that publishing ads before release date could bring about "liabilities and severe legal penalties."
The story "Wal-Mart tries to stop early Black Friday ad posts" published October 19, 2007 at 2:39 AM is no longer available on CNET News.
Content from Reuters expires after 30 days.

No way they can stop someone from posting the information. If you don't post the actual flier, but say something like:
"Wal-Fart is going to be selling a POS computer for $200"
There is nothing they can do about it.
Wal-Fart is a cancer on our country, it is past time to say no to them.
