Creative,timely marketing idea.

Acer's red,Ferari labeled is a great marketing idea. With so many computers competing with products that appear to be the same, this could help Acer re-establish itself in the U.S. market. Only time will tell if there are enough buyers that will be drawn to a "designer" case in a very bold color. Congratulations to Acer.

The specs look good on the new machine. But why tie it into a foreign car? I personally am not that impressed by a Ferrari. In fact, the few people I know that have one always complain about the high cost of maintenance and the fact that if it is not tuned correctly it runs awful. So, here you have a computer system trying to align itself with an expensive, high maintenance, albeit fast vehicle. Who's idea was that?
