If they are going to advertise in the games they should discount the price. Am I dreaming or what?

I only have seen the ad in football game but it is rather primitive and useless. I don't know whether it is the same in this game i.e. just have a display board in the game. Online game is a business required creative mindset. If you apply ad to the game, it should be interesting and creative to arouse players attentions and impressions. And the ad may not be having positive effect but a negative one. Ad busiinessman should take a serious consideration before using the method of ad or otherwise, let the brand name bankrupted.

Ads don't belong in games to start with regardless; We don't buy games to watch ads about new movies or TV shows coming out, we buy them to play. And that's what that have commercials for anyway(and they through enough pop-up ads across the shows that your trying watch already, that don't need to be there. Just turn around and show a commercial of same thing they just ran across the show, during the next commercials.). So, NO!; They don't even need to start putting ads(of any kind), in games of any type; Video or Computer, of any platform, ever. Because nobody wants to play a game(of any kind), and have allot of ad(s) popping up, or in it. It may end up backfiring on them, because I for one(as well allot of others I know, and probably don't), would rather rent them, instead of buy them. Because I wouldn't want to be playing a game here in a year or so from now, and see that: "Star War: Episode 3", is coming out here in a month or so. Sorry, but can't do it. They seriously do need to reconsider this whole thing, before they end of losing money and rental places end up making more. And them putting the ads just in certain games isn't right either, it's the principle of the matter.

They'll try anything I suppose.

I can definitely see getting regular updates so every time you played the game a different AD would appear.

I personally don't care. I'd just ignore it anyway. However, since I would have purchased the game, I should have the option to turn off the ads.

On a different line, how long will it take for someone to hack the ad and put in whatever content they wanted?
