The Eclipse 500 is a new type of light airplane that's comparatively inexpensive to manufacture and fly. DayJet has an order with Eclipse for 239 airplanes, with an option to buy 70 more.

Eruope's also starting up this kind of service, that is of course wholly dependent upon a booking tool. Up till now, the connection tend to be within France and within Germany, with some traffic developing over the borders, into Holland for instance.

I track the progress of the Very Light Jet industry at
www.microjetsinc.com and I feel that DayJet has a very
innovate business model and stands a better than
average chance to go where other charter companies
have failed.
