    Atlanta Internet Bank announced that it has signed up 3,000 accounts since its launch in October 1996, representing deposits exceeding $43 million. Atlanta Internet Bank offers such financial services as money market accounts, interest checking accounts, ATM cards, bill payment services, and certificates of deposit. The bank plans to offer a full line of financial services, including loans, credit cards, mortgages, and brokerage services within a year.
