S4's features enough to topple the iPhone?

The smartphone market is about to get a little bit more crowded. Samsung has just unveiled its newest version of its Galaxy phone, one that is packed with new features. Could the S4 be the phone that finally gives the Apple iPhone some stiff competition? CNET's Kara Tsuboi reports.
