Revision3 hosts a number of Web-only broadcast programs, such as NOTMTV and Diggnation. Under a new partnership with music and culture magazine XLR8R, it hopes the new 'XLR8R TV' will reach past the tech-only crowd and into the hip underbelly of underground artists and music lovers. CNET News.com's Neha Tiwari was on hand for its launch party in San Francisco to find out if the show will live up to the hype.
